Version 0.1.22 (revision 22) now supports a subset of SMIL Timesheets specification.
Timesheets let you separate your SMIL animations from your animated content.
To support the select attribute FakeSmile now includes jQuery. Feel free to remove it if you don't want it, or if you already use jQuery.

Version 0.1
Here is my first post about FakeSmile.
FakeSmile is a javascript library implementing SMIL (for SVG mainly).
You will find more information about it on this page.
If you are a developer, here is the source code and the development progress.
This project started in mid February 2008.
